Review content:
When I took my vehicle, a 2013 Mini Cooper S Hardtop to the Carriage Shoppe to have a large scratch on my passenger door repaired and my wheel flair replaced due to an umbrella that flew into it, I expected the work to be done right. However, when my vehicle was finished and was taking a closer look, I noticed that my window tint on my passenger door was gouged in two places, a drip of clearcoat was left and dried that way, and my side scuttle carrier was broken because it rattling as I drove and a clip was broken (this was removed for the repair). The following Monday morning I went in and Kendra came out to my car and looked at the damage and said that they would take care of it. They took care of the clearcoat then and ordered a new scuttle. She said that I should contact my window tint person so they paid for my tint to be repaired. I was happy that they did take care of these things. My car looked ok from that point but when I was waxing it the following weekend, I noticed my air ducts on the bottom of my front bumper weren't hooked up properly. This was not the case when I took it in for the repair. I didn't look at this after the repair because my bumper wasn't damaged in the first place. I recall from the shop photos of the repair that the front bumper was removed during the repair. From the damage, it looks as if they weren't set properly back in the bumper and were therefore not attached properly during the reassembly or were broken during disassembly. MINI of Loveland confirmed that these were broken. My wheel flair is also not flush with the panel and is dented like they hit it too hard with a mallet to get it on. I'm now in dispute with them because they are failing to acknowledge they did damage but insisting that I hit something to cause the damage. For the air ducts to be broken I would have had to hit something really hard to cause this internal damage and I absolutely did not hit anything but they are saying I did. This is unacceptable. My MINI is a special edition and I take care of it.
