Beware!!!! Never use this guy! I called all over trying to get my kitchenaid mixer fixed. Finally I got a hold of this guy who said he could fix it. He came and picked it up on a Saturday along with the $25 diagnostic fee and said he would call me by Tuesday with a quote. Well needles to say I waited a week after the agreed upon date to start calling him to see what the status of my mixer was. Never got a call back. I called and left a message every day for a week, still nothing. I had to send an email stating I was going to call the police about theft and file a civil suit if I did not hear back. Of course he got back with me within hours. Of course when he does call back he tells me it will be way too expensive to fix and says it probably isn't worth it. I agree and tell him I will call him the next day to arrange for me to pick it up or for him to drop it off. Well, needless to say I am in a position again to where I am giving him one last chance to call me or I am filing theft charges and a civil suit. This guy is a scam. He hopes you don't want your appliance back so he can fix it and sell it for a profit!
