Lonny is about as close as you can get to being a slumlord in Minnesota in 2014. You will have to constantly be on his case about things he is legally REQUIRED to fix. He never returns phone calls and will show up late to scheduled appointments you have with him. He will do anything in his power to f*** you over. STAY AWAY!!!
