Review content:
I must say that I had my doubts about this company at first. It seemed as though they were very pushy at first and kept suggesting that a new unit be installed. The price that was quoted was in fact quite a bit higher than expected and somewhat higher than other companies. I decided to go ahead and give them a chance regardless. I believe that a company who does an excellent job with excellent service deserves a little more than someone who does just an 'adequate' job. So far I am pleased with their service and they perform very professionally. Time will tell. The new unit has a 10 year warranty so I will see if this review holds true in the future, but so far I feel that I chose a good company.
