HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We took our car in because our check engine light went on. We paid a bill over $1400. When we got back to IL our check engine light came back on. We took the car to our regular Firestone in IL. The Manager advised us there was black electrical tape around some of the parts and he had to order replacement parts as they were broken. We were also advised we were OVERCHARGED approximately 2 hours of labor. We are long term loyal customers of Firestone in IL with EXCELLENT service but I would recommend to STAY AWAY from this Firestone location in Frisco, Tx. Thanks to the Manager of the Firestone location in Illinois we did receive a partial refund of the labor we were overcharged along with a refund of the diagnostic charge. We also didn't have to pay for the parts replaced by the Firestone location in IL. I was advised the Firestone location in Texas was going to reimburse the Firestone IL location for these parts. All of this information is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge
