They crashed my truck on a test drive (I had only brought it in to have a tire replaced and my tires balanced!) Ron, the manager, asked me where I wanted my truck towed too- they had crashed it so badly that my truck was no longer driveable. Before I left the store, Ron made me pay for the service they did on my truck! I paid, stunned, but thankfully I was reimbursed a few weeks later when it was decided my truck was totalled. When I went to see my totalled truck, I was even more amazed to see that they had put the spare tire BACK onto my truck when they had done the work I had paid them to do!! Furthermore Firestone stopped paying for my rental car and did NOT notify me of this. The wonderful car rental company Enterprise called me when they noticed the change, because they have great customer service, and they knew I was having problems with Firestone. I was so thankful and recommend Enterprise, but warn anyone that they are putting their car and money at risk if they take here.
