Brock seemed very nice and professional until I got in the store :(\r
He may even be bi polar or maybe a little racist even? I have no clue what got this guy going on me but Me and my three young children traveled quite a distance to get there because we needed a television. In the middle of compared get prices and so forth he hauls off and says ""are we gonna get along or what!"" I swear to goodness that I thought he was joking so I chuckled it off. Then when it came time for me to hand over paperwork income, id, etc.He then said; ""I'm sorry I've been doing this for 17 years and I'm not gonna do this I was like what? Confused I asked why he replied that he feels tension and somethings not right and flat out told me he wasn't going to continue. Only tension there was him.\r
Isn't this the oddest thing?!What on earth was he insinuating?? My kids and I looked at each other with disbelief, I didn't even get to complete the app! This guy is very mean he said it was family owned. His family needs to get him outta there cause he's bad business!!
