I brought my 99 infiniti for a 60,000 mile service. Afterwards I found the engine started trembling when the car is stopped or moving slowly. I took it back and they made me go there twice and waited for several hours before the mechanic showed up, but after one hour, he could not figure out what's wrong. They sent me away saying that if I could get another mechanic to find out why and prove that it's their fault, I can get reimbursement for the repair cost. I really regret going there for the service. In past I always took it to the Peninsula infiniti for all service. This is the first time I go to another shop and was very upset about the outcome.
