I took my car here back in September 2008 for new tires. They had the best price for tires, so that is why I chose Firestone. When I brought my car in, I asked the man if they would scrape my rims before putting the new tires on, since I have aluminum rims, which tend to build corrosion and cause leaks to occur between the seal of the tire and the rim. He said yes it would be done, don't worry about it. He also told me they were extremely busy and that it may take a while for my car to be done. I said that's fine, you can have it all day, as long as it gets done. A week later, my rear driver side tire was completely flat, so I called them and the guy told me to bring it back in and they will take care of it. I brought it back in, they said they took care of it, and for months I have have a leak so bad that before the week is up I have to put air in it because the tire still leaks that bad.
