RIPOFF WARNING !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE IN HURST TEXAS ON MELBOURNE AT NORTHEAST MALL !!!!!!!!!!!\r
I had a family member who went to this store recently and was badly ripped off for four hundred dollars for work that would have cost about one hundred and thirty dollars at several other honest shops. We found out the hard way that the people who work there and manage there now are not the same nice and honest people who worked there or managed there in years past. This Firestone store on Melbourne at Northeast Mall will rip you off. This store has been taken over by Darth Vader and the Emperor. They charge too much and they tell you things are wrong that are not. If you go here you will get lied to and ripped off like we did. Stay away from this place if you don't want to get ripped off.
