They were to replace my rear rotors, install new brake pads, install a new EGR valve & solenoid, and change one tire. \r

They put the rotors wrong and my car made a grinding sound when I turned. \r
They left a carbon trail when the replaced the EGR valve, and my gas pedal stuck. I'd have to remember kick it hard in the mornings before I started the engine. \r

I took it back a few days later to get all that fixed. No charge. \r
\r
Then my new tire started leaking. They messed up the seal around the wheel somehow. I took it back a day later and went to get lunch. They forgot to call me when they were finished. I came back and sat in the waiting room for an hour. They never told me it was done. So they gave me a 10% off coupon for my next visit. Yeah right. My next visit. They didn't absolutely nothing right except for (I hope!) the brake pads.
