Review content:
1st let me explain that this office has both the regular dentist, and the orthodontist. 5 out of 4 times that I have been to this place I've had to wait for OVER an hour to be seen. The only time I didn't was when my appointment was for the regular dentist for a deep cleaning. The ortho staff is not organized, over booked, and very disrespectful. This last time they actually marked my son as a ""no-show"" when I clearly signed in with his name and time almost 15 minutes earlier then my appointment time. They only have 1 orthodontist with way too many patients to service and all are scheduled only 2 times a week. \r
I also noticed that there was other parents that had been waiting for over an hour for the ortho and were getting extremely inpatient as well. Not only is this frustrating, since I do have to leave work early to get my son to the dentist, and other obvious reasons, but it makes you feel like you (as a patient) don't really matter to the staff.\r
I would recommend this office to anyone needing GENERAL DENTISTRY work, but anything to do w ORTHODONTICTS...... NO WAY! NO HOW!!! if you do go, expect to be there for at least 3 hours...if not more!\r
They have just lost the business of my family of 5 after this last fiasco. I will try the ortho in another office (even though it will be further to me) to see if Bright Now Dental is still a fit for my family.\r
