Brought my car in for an inspection 1/9/08, car was in one piece. When they were finished with the inspection, my hood latch was broken and hood would no longer open, the check engine light came on when it was not on previously. Poor service, the technicians that work there must have tried to cover their ass since they claimed the car came there that way. They mine as well put a huge dent in the car and claim it came in that way too! Very disappointed, when i brought it to their attention the front desk guy got in my face as he was racist! What kind of shop hires these type of guys that dread working there? They should take their anger out elsewhere!!! This is regarding the ugly red head guy who acts like he was the manager. what a joke!
