My experience of firestone. I am using Firestone services for the last 6 years. I like their services. They have garantee for their work. The other thing they have life time no payment options like Pay once use life time. The services we got completely depend on the personnel at the local center. I had very bad experience at Anaheim California Firestone. I did transmission oil change. The personnel doesn't know the technology. They were very careless. They don't have communication skills. I got problems with their work. They hesitate to answer our questions. So the work or service we are getting completely depend on the local personnel
