Review content:
I am loyal to my mechanic, but when I had a defective Firestone tire, I had to take it to these guys for replacement. Of course, they gave me a new tire at no charge and didn't charge for the service. That is not what makes them good. They were very friendly and informative and let me know exactly what was going on. More importantly, I had called because I forgot to pick up the original receipt for the tire purchase. The guy I was working with had left for vacation and I eventually forgot about the receipt. Just this week I received a letter from the business with the copy of the receipt inside. It was my fault for forgetting to pick it up. But I was pleased that the manager here remembered me and was nice enought to mail it back.
