TERRIBLE!!! This is the second time in two years we take our car for an oil change and inspection and we are told we need over $700+ in other services and maintence. Ryan, the General Manager was not at all informative about the services or parts they replaced and when he called for his certified mechanic, he didn't know how to explain either. We will never go to the McLean Firestone ever again and I hate to complain about businesses and personally, this is the very first time and I'm not a spring chicken. Please find another tire and service center.
