This is the best auto repair shop! Eric is the repair shop manager. I knew him when he managed a different Firestone, but that store was never the same after he left. More than 3 years later, I tried this Firestone, only to wealk in & see Eric! Even though he had not seen me in over 3 years, he recognized me and even remembered my name! Excellent customer service is always at the top of their list. They analyze your needs honestly. While the identify various repairs that should be done, they honestly recommend what needs to be done right away, and never push for a hard sale. In a field that is not always honest, I know I can trust them!
