I took my car in for a tune up just because it was time. I was not having any problems but I had a high milage car so it needed to be done. After getting the tune up, I had nothing but problems with the car. I had to tighten the spark plugs myself after I got the car home. The car would occassionaly stall after the tune-up. I took the car back in to another location and they charged me a couple hundred dollars and still didnt fix the problem. My husband thought it was a fluke and actually took another car to this location and his new car stalled on the way home. He drove straight back and sure enough they messed up the spark plugs again. I wouldnt go to this location again and wouldnt use Firestone for anything but tires (if that) in the future. Maybe others would have better luck.
PROS: good location, easy credit
CONS: poor service
