If there was an option of giving this place NO STARS I would have chose it. I have been to this tire shop on three different occasions. The first time they did a great job. So good in fact, that when I purchased my new car last year I took it to the for all new tires. The second time I thought I was getting a really good deal, bought the tires from the website, so they were discounted. I dropped my car off at 9:00 am and they didn't get done until almost 2:00 pm! And to top off the extremely long wait, they tried to over charge me. I spent $800 for the set of tires in the end. The tires came with a 55,000 mile warranty as well. And i also discovered that they failed to put 2 lug nuts back on one if my tires, instead they put a regular nut on them On my way home I noticed a little vibration in the rear tires but I thought it would go away once the tires got broke in. I WAS WRONG! I called complete auto care to find out what could be done about the problems I was having with the tires.
