Review content:
A little less than a year ago I went to this Firestone (19021 Midway Rd) for an alignment. I was told I needed a tie rod on the passenger side suspension, and I knew it needed it, so I let them put one on. Big mistake. Yesterday I was driving out of a parking lot only going about 2 miles per hour (thank God) when the tie rod that Firestone installed on my car fell apart because they did not install a lock on it! I ended up with both front wheels pointing in opposite directions! I thank God it happened when I was in a parking lot going very slow. If this had happened while I was going 60 - 70 mph it could have been a fatal accident! The alignment shop I had the car towed to told me whoever put the tie rod on didn?t install it right by not putting the lock on it.
