My daughter and son-in-law have always been pleased with the service and quality of repairs provided by Harry T. at Firestone, and when the a/c stopped working in my car on Friday, they insisted that I go to him for repairs. I followed their advice, and early on Saturday morning, took the car in. I cannot recall having received such excellent customer service in years. I was treated with such respect and courtesy. When you take your car to Harry T. and his crew, you will be doing business with a 'real human being', not just a company. You see, it was my son's wedding day, the temperature was over 100 degrees, and I had no other transportation. Harry T. arranged, at his expense, transportation for me. Not only will you receive accurate, skilled mechanical service here, you will receive the ultimate in customer service. I highly recommend Harry T. and this particular Firestone location to anyone for their automotive needs. Since his arrival this year, Harry T. is making this location a
