I came in their garage with my 2001 Audi TT Quattro and needed a new wheel bearing. The guy drove my car up in the shop and onto the lift. The guy then turned off the ignition and locked the car (I dont know why.) When he closed the door, he left the freakin keys in the car, and got the most stupidest idea to open my door with a coat hanger and a screw driver. Anyways, he got the door open, and the car inside light was not going on. I asked him why and was outraged and annoyed because when he got the car door open, he streched the weather strip and did not takes responsibility for repairing it so I had to pay $5.00 for the dumbass to put on a new one. I then found out that the battery was dead, so he told me not to worry and he charged the battery. THIS IDIOT PUT THE CHARGER CLIPS ON BACKWARDS AND FRIED THE CPU! A $5,000 DOLLAR FIX AND DID NOT ACCEPT RESPONSABILITY! I AM A VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER AND I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR! THAT PLACE IS HELL FOR YOUR CAR! NEVER GO T
