Review content:
This location is the worst. Not only are they overpriced (as most Firestones are), but you do not get anything extra for it. The customer service is very, very poor. Most of the staff are unfriendly. My car is currently in there to get the radiator replaced and they marked the work authorized without my prior consent. Some of the staff are friendly, but those aren't the ones out front. The ones working the desk are always irritated and hostile.\r

Furthermore, they attempt to stick you with what you don't need. The last time I was in there to simply get a hose replaced, they gave me a printout with over $500 worth of critical system failure, including a $400 master cylinder replace. I took it to my regular mechanic who had his team did a thorough inspection of it and all was bogus. My car has been perfectly fine and not needed any maintenance related to what they said.
