This company is a total rip off. I had the worst service ever of my life. When you think of moving you want it to be as smooth as possible but the experience with prudential was worst at best. Contrary to their anticipated time in the morning they came at 9pm and worked through 1 AM in the morning giving us all including a 2 wk old newborn a sleepless night. In the morning they produced a bill that was more than 5000 USD excess of the original estimate that they gave me. Staffs were very unfriendly and unprofessional. They didn't unpack my stuffs at the destination thought it was mentioned in \r
our estimate. I had to pay incredibly high price for the worst imaginable service with the most unprofessional people. I recommend never to use their service for moving.
