On Saturday - July 19, 2014 I along with my husband and two other friends attempted to have dinner. While we were eating a ROACH crawled on the table along the side my plate and glass of wine. I was horrified and disgusted. I stopped eating and removed the food that was in my mouth. My table party immediately calls the manager over and tells him what we all witnessed. The manager looks at us with a look of I do not care and says. I am sorry but we just exterminated on Friday and walks off. They leave the plates of food on the table and no one comes by to pick up. I had to ask the waiter to remove my plate, as I no longer wanted it. The manager does not offer to comp the meals or move us to another table. My party and I are disgusted by this Nasty establishment and decide to leave. The waiter brings us the bill and nothing is discounted or removed. My guests pay the entire tab, which was ridiculous as there should not have been a tab.
This place is Nasty, filthy and unsanitary. If a Roach was on the table, there is no telling what other types of critters are lurking around. I am very disappointed with the management staff as there was no attempt taken to rectify the situation. There was no Customer Service provided, there was no remorse, sympathy or anything. This nasty place was recommended to us and we will never attempt to dine at this establishment again.
