Even one star is too many for this place! I am so angry - I had to have my 15 year old dog, who was a member of our family put to sleep here. I was going to make the arrangements with the crematory myself but they said they would handle it and someone would pick her up the next morning or afternoon at the latest. I called the next evening to be sure that she had been picked up and they said not yet but ""I wouldn't worry too much about that, they will be here tonight or in the morning at the latest"" first of all - of course I am worried about it, this is my beloved pet!!! The next day I called the crematory since the clinic is only open from 6PM - 8AM. This is when I find out that After Hours Vet Clinic has NOT EVEN CALLED THE CREMATORY!!! My poor dog has been there over 36 HOURS and they have not even bothered to call!!! I am completely LIVID with this place. This is no way to treat who we consider to be a member of our family, a dog we have loved for 15 years!! Of course I can not get in touch with anyone there during the day but you can believe I will be calling them at 6PM on the dot today! PLEASE give our animals some respect! I agree with the other poster - it is all about the money for them. All this heartache and I had to pay over $800 for my pet to be treated this way. PLEASE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET - STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!\r
