My family and I picked up a movie on the way home during a storm. Since it was bad outside we decided to rent video games to keep the kids happy. When we got home the power was out and we took the games back and asked them to waive our rental because we wouldn't have rented the games if we knew our power was out. They refused to waive our rental. Poor business practices. I am a new customer and I will not go there again. This happened to my husband with another family video, his disc was stuck in his Playstation because the power was out, and they didn't charge any late fees since the power went out across town. I wish this company the best of luck but as for me and my family I will not go back. I refer my business to the Family Video on Elizabeth Lake Rd.
