Review content:
I had an issue with my garage door not closing properly all the time. I called Steven and he said he was out of town so he would have one of his workers call me later in the day. Julio later called me and we arranged a meeting where he diagnosed my garage door sensors as the main issue. We then arranged to have the door fixed the next morning.
The next morning came and nobody showed up. After some attempts to call Julio, I then called Steven who apologized for the mix up and offered to come later that day. Steven then came later that day and did a complete checkup on my system top to bottom, educating me about the system and potential future issues. He adjusted my motor, springs, lubricated the door, adjusted the door to make sure it was at the right height, etc. He was very patient with my questions and even used my broom to clear the area. When the sensors he had bought did not function correctly, he pulled some used ones from his truck and gave those to me free of charge.
Overall he spent quite a bit of time (almost 2 hours) making sure everything was done correctly and only charged a reasonable rate for just the service (parts free). I'm not giving him 5 stars since everything did not go smoothly but 4 stars since he did everything in his power to make sure things were done right before getting paid.
