Review content:
The staff is extremely rude! Their customer service is the worst I have experienced at a dental office. I was not greeted and was ignored the whole time until it was convenient for them. They saw me standing there waiting to be helped, but still chose to ignore me. I should have walked out after 5 min. They also conveniently forgot to mention that they only do xrays on the first visit. They knew I was making an appt for a routine cleaning, but did not tell me that I would be getting xrays instead. So I went in there thinking I would get a cleaning done, but came out with nothing. The dentist was not bad, but the front staff needs to go! They're not doing their job and should really be fired! I would not recommend this place until their reception staff have been replaced!
