The owners, Dr. Isaacson & her husband are a joke. To begin with, her incompetence almost killed my dog. I had to take her to an emergency vet and spend over $4200 on emergency surgery because of a misdiagnosis AND for originally refusing my request 3 wks prior for a simple x-ray. Her husband, the co-owner, tried to placate things in the most unprofessional way & intimidate me. I then took Dr. Isaacson to small claims court. Instead of doing the right thing, she got a malpractice attorney to take it out of small claims & go towards a jury trial, something at this time I cannot afford. Now, the vet's husband has resorted to sending a nasty email to a friend of mine who wrote an article about this. If you love your pets and value professionalism and competence, go elsewhere.
