Review content:
I went to Marilyn's for the first time this last Friday and explained that I wanted my hair trimmed. I explained that I had long bangs in the front and my hair was straight and even in the back. I showed the lady how much of my hair I wanted cut off. The lady began cutting my hair and everything seemed ok till I looked down. I saw that the women was butchering my hair cutting off healthy hair and restyling my hair opposet what I told her. I asked how much more are you going to cut off? When all was done she took over 6 inches off my hair and layered EVERYTHING. I went from bangs and long even hair to a layered mess. To make matters worse I have wavy hair that goes somewhat curly but do to it's length it would look good. Now in order to look somewhat decent I have to straighten my hair every day. I used to get out of the shower run a brush through it and go but I now can't because the layering things my hair and took all the length that left it wavy instead of curly. Without straightening my hair it looks like a bad clown wig. It will take at least a year to get my length back and grow out the layers so my hair is even again.
