I have been going to this practice now for over three years and while it hasn't been the best practice I've ever been to, it's not really that bad. The wait times seem to have improved lately, although the last time I was there I waited for an hour only to find out my Dr had been called away for an emergency. While I understand there was an emergency there was no reason to keep me waiting for an hour when they could have just had me reschedule as soon as they knew. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I've never had a problem seeing a different doctor than me regular one if they happened to be unavailable when I needed to come in.
