Businiess name:  Ziadeh Construction II, LLC

Review content:
Ramon Ziadeh is a thief and he isn't to be trusted. I hired him to do some plumbing work for me and he was very knowledgeable when it came to the things I asked him to do. However, when the job was finished, I was charged about $150 over the estimate. I asked him where that extra $150 came from, and he told me that he just needed more "materials" than what he expected. That seems understandable, right? Wrong. I asked for the list of things that he purchased and it seemed that he overbought, but I had no proof, so I paid him what I owed, but I made copy of what he purchased. A day later, I made a trip to Menards in Marion, Iowa and guess who I saw at the service desk returning the extra "materials" he needed for the job? Ramon Ziadeh. He charged me an extra $150 and returned $150 worth of materials at Menards. So, on top of the charge for the job, he made an extra $300, and I'm sure that I am not the first one to be swindled by him. Do not do business with Ziadeh Construction.
