Review content:
Horrible! Please avoid this place. We took our dog to them Friday night after hours with an obvious injury. Alice Smith looked at him and summarily sent him home. No x-rays, nothing. We found a vet open the nest (Saturday) AM that quickly confirmed a severely broken leg that requires pins and surgery. Cannot fathom how this place was so incompetent they couldn't see this. Yet, they charged us $146 to essentially turn us away. My guess is the vet needed to get to her lake house early Saturday and couldn't be bothered with the nuisance of servicing our pet. Yet, no issues charging is handsomely for the 4 minutes of neglect. If your pet is part of your family, as ours is, go elsewhere, even 100 miles if necessary, to someone who cares. Most vets do. Not these wakeful people.
