The guys at the Window and Door Superstore are fabulous!
I needed an entry door from the garage to the house. Problem is, the opening is not standard size. No problem for these guys!
I called on a weekday afternoon and Steve came over the very next morning to measure and give me an estimate. He sent all the information to me via email within a few hours. While he was at my home, he also noticed a problem with my front storm door and advised me that I might be able to get it replaced by the manufacturer for free--he did NOT try to sell me another door!
As for the door--all I needed was a basic entry door, nothing fancy. Steve did not try to upsell me a door I didn't need. And fitting my non-standard opening was no problem! They were able to cut the door to fit for me.
The installation was a breeze. The installers came at the time promised. They were very respectful of my home. You know how many tradesmen leave a mess? Not these guys! They cleaned up EVERYTHING and took my old door and all their scraps with them! They even asked to use my ShopVac (which was right out in the open in my garage where they were working) so they could vacuum up all the sawdust.
I would definitely recommend these guys for all your window and door needs. They are super knowledgeable and their customer service is top notch (which is a rarity these days!).;
