Mike was very punctual to come do the estimate. I thought it was a little high, but I hired him anyway, to do my re-tile of my bath and shower because I was in a hurry to get it done. My daughter was having her wedding reception in 2 weeks at our home. Perhaps I should have shopped and compared. I found out while Mike was working, that he couldn't see too well and usually had a helper do the work that needed a precision eye. It was just going to be a simple tear out and retile of the shower and bath. The helper did not show up the 2nd day to help Mike. Mike was nailing a rubber strip in my bathroom and he hit a water pipe that burst and started spewing water all over. I wasn't home that day. By the time Mike had figured out where the water shut off valve was, water had damaged the ceiling and walls below on the 1st floor. I almost sued Mike. He had anger issues and I was afraid of him. It took me many repeated numerous phone calls before he finally came with his helper and repaired everything. Needless to say, my daughters wedding reception had to be held somewhere else
