Buyer beware! I lived at the property for 1 year and I wouldn't never renew my lease even if my life depended on it. I cannot count the number of times that something new was being installed or repaired during this year. Windows, oven fan, fan vent, grout cracking, pest control ect. During the winter, the parking lot rarely gets plowed. This past winter there were 3 occasions where I could not leave to go to work because the driveway and parking lot had not been plowed all night.\r

The grass is well maintained but that is about it. The super, Vincent is very nice and courteous but the leasing staff and the agent who showed us the apartment were very unprofessional. Numerous calls went unanswered. I read bad reviews about this place before I rented but I was swept away after viewing it. Don't let that happen to you! This apt has the largest turnover of residents then I have ever seen. I know exactly why now. Their scam of a ""free month of rent"" is just that, a scam. The leasing office will begin showing your apartment during the last month which is normal. However, they gave me only 30 minutes notice that they would be entering MY apartment on that particular day. So unprofessional. Rent at your own risk.
