Review content:
I talked to several companies before deciding to go with Golden Solar Electric. What I liked about them, was Caleb, our salesperson. In talking to him, it became very clear that because we're out in the country, we needed to have something designed instead of the typical system. I could tell after a few conversations that he'd be able to do that, and that he was a hard working problem solver.
We've had a lot of work done on our home and these guys are one of the few that I look forward to having over. They have a good attitude, they come when they say they will, and if things change in the process, they always tell me. The communication is excellent. Also, they are consistent. They always have the same group coming out, and I've probably met everybody that's worked on it by now.
The best part is, if I have any questions, they run to answer them. They don't push me off or get annoyed. They've reassured me that once the solar is up, there will be ongoing customer support. It's a process and every home is different, everyone's needs are different. I can continue to contact them, and that is the major key for us as consumers.
