Review content:
An hour before we were scheduled to pick up our new vehicle and sign the paperwork we realized the salesman had made a "mistake" and charged us the sticker price on the vehicle, not the price he promised us. When we brought the "mistake" to his attention, he called us liars and refused to honor the deal he had given us. In addition, he told me the trade in value on our vehicle was $700 and that he would throw in a tow package (valued at $295) since the trade in was so low. Hours later, he "slipped" and told my husband the trade in value was $1000 but he had deducted $300 for the tow package...hmmmmm...by my calculations, that means we paid for the tow package, not the salesperson (as he had stated). Needless to say, we walked away without our new vehicle...4 minutes after we pulled off of the lot, the salesperson started calling saying they would make us a "deal". We were not looking for a "deal", we were looking to pay the price promised to us. We are honest people who want to deal w
