I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to have a mechanic that I can trust! I took my car there because I have Mercury Insurance through American 1 Credit Union. Not knowing what to expect I was very apprehensive, but my worries were soon relieved. I dropped my car off and within 1-1/2 hrs I had a call from Kevin telling me exactly what I needed done. He explained to me what the MBP insurance did and did not cover, and my out-of-pocket expenses. About 3:30 pm he called to let me know that everything had been completed and was ready for pick up. They close at 5:00 pm, but they stay late for their customers to pick up their cars. They want their customers to be happy and it truly shows. TAMROX ROCKS!
