Review content:
We used Mike and Jim Pitzer of Remodels Inc. to have some home repairs done. Very disappointed in the roof and plumbing. The flooring was good because my husband was here the whole time and he actual saw what was happening. With the plumbing I wanted the actual plumbing replaced exactly where they took the old pipes out. The plumber they sent out did not do what we wanted, he then lied about it. It took many calls to Mike and then our son had to talk to Mike who finally agreed to send someone out to repair the work not done to our satisfaction. Out roof still has waves and looks like a patch work quilt. The shingles do not lay flat and are coming up. We have been trying to contact Mike but he has not returned our calls. He was gone we talked to his Mom who said he would call in 2 days and a week later still not call.
