Our water heater went out at night which meant no hot water in the morning to take a shower before work. I took a very brief freezing cold shower and then called Water Heaters Only at 7am. They were able to come to my house between 9-12. My husband stayed home from work to take care of meeting with the tech. My husband raved about the service that John Fantham provided for us. Our customer order number is 1035487 and our service date was 3-1-12 in Tracy, CA
