I usually get a feel for a doctor office by the way the staff handles phone calls.
I had a good feeling when I called, (which was by referral, and an emergency) and it turned out I was right. I was given an immediate appointment, and greeted so kindly when I arrived. Dr. Marcus was patient, although he had info on me to read, he listened to what I had to say. I felt I had finally found the person to solve, care and hopefully eliminate my problem. Once again, my instincts were right. I am on the road to recovery. Dr. Marcus is smart, easy going and confident in problem solving and care. It was a good day when I found his office!
