Review content:
I reserved a Jeep Grand Cherokee or equivalent. I was given a Chevy Equinox and the alternatives were even worse. The SFO rental pickup system is an absolute disaster and the elevators had ridiculous lines with no escalators or easy to find stairs for folks without big suitcases or in our case a stroller with a 7 month old. The fender on our car was broke and nearly falling off on the front. The car had nearly 40,000 miles on it which made me worry about the brake pads and the tires when we were driving through the mountains in Lake Tahoe...since I did not get a Jeep Grand Cherokee I was disappointed with the engine power going up into the mountains. I felt ripped off. Enterprise is supposed to be better than this ; should have just gone with the cheaper rental agency because I paid more for Enterprise and it didn't matter in the end. Won't do it again.
