Review content:
My wife and I have several cats. We had spent quite a sum of money over time towards their care at Valley Brook. One of them had a recurrent issue which almost cost her, her life. The Vet (Dr. Riskin) had said to "bring her right in if this condition got worse." When I called Valley brook Vet Hospital they told both me and my wife on separate phone calls that "they couldn't see her for over a week" despite Dr. Riskin's orders to "bring her right in if things got worse." We wound up at another hospital that day that understood the urgency of the situation, our cat had to do an overnight stay there severely dehydrated and near death due to her gastric condition. Valley knew this and told us "sorry we're booked solid for the next week". The vet hospital we went to even called Valley Brook Hospital to transfer her records and to inquire as to why they wouldn't see her at 11AM in the midst of a severe emergency. The new Vet hospital had a tough time believing that Valley had turned our cat
