Review content:
Called Roto Rooter (New Haven) on Saturday to fix a very slow moving drain. They sent a tech on Sunday as they did not have a plumber available at the time. The tech was extremely nice but was unable to clear the drain. First thing Monday morning, a plumber came and when he was unable to clear it, he arranged for one of the plumbers that had previously been able to clear the problem. Neil #6435 came and did as great a job as he had done a couple of years before. There was no charge for earlier visits. So very pleased with their response and the professionalism of the staff (especially Neil!) Would definitely use them again!\r
