I moved to whitehall may 13, 2013 I was told that my water bill will be every 3 months.... I started getting a sewage bill but I disregarded it because I was never told about a sewage bill until I reviewed a letter staying I owe a 1000 dollars until today. My first week of moving here I had a flooding in my kitchen , the tub and toliet funny I still have the same issues now . I wish I had another place to move but I don't. I have spider web in my so called basement that was here when I moved here. My carpet had stains and still have stains everywhere my bedroom knobs to every room are broken don't stay on ... I never ever new how to lock any of my windows. This pass Sunday July 13, 2014 my 10 year old sister fell 25ft from my bedroom window and was rushed to the hospital she has a broken arm along with other major injuries... Two people from the rent office came out I explain what happen they locked my bedroom window without showing me and did a report with no concerns. I'm now as I write this my sister could of died and why these townhouse are not child proof
