Review content:
Took our car in for a recall. We had made arrangements beforehand so that they would be sure to have the part. Got there and they didn't have the part. Took it back 3 weeks later after making another appointment for the morning. Called in the afternoon to see how they were coming and the service agent said it wasn't ready, and would be ready "when it's done" and hung up.
