I always get great service! I can count on TruGreen to consistently do the job. Only one time the dog got out because the back door gate was not shut. My suggestion would be that if a technician has a situation, could he/she please leave a note informing us that the gate looks shut but it is not in the frame to lock it? Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback!
