Well I don't usually leave reviews, not that it matters but hopefully someone will find this to be a good source. The guys were late but they called and let us know why they where late and that was acceptable. Some places take longer and we found that out. We had 1 room with candy stains from our kids and cool aid stains as well. the carpets haven't been cleaned ever so we didn't expect much of an improvement. im skeptical usually on this stuff. they took their time getting the stains out and didn't rush, we liked that. we added a stair cleaning at the last minute because of all of the traffic thru the years turns out carpets almost dark coloring. Now they look almost new.. a couple spots are just to well ground in but you can barely see them so overall we liked that made a choice to get them done. after it was all said and done 3 hours later we felt comfortable that we hired them. We liked the fact that they took their time and didn't rush. my wife lives the job they did and that make me happy. didn't spend to much either . big bonus.
